Luah and Ruth, a GenZs’, enthusiasts of learning how to teach children: reading and phonics set out to be schooled within the southernmost region, a highland within Liberia as an institution training teachers in elementary education. Their desire for an improved systematic structure for students and teachers to experience a more improved way of teaching, learning, and behavioral change has this huge challenge with the burden of understanding how the generation they have before them are willing to learn, the ability to communicate and be taught for comprehension and application from childhood through adulthood. But, how would this desire be achieved and overcome? Let’s find out.

Have you wondered which specific teaching methods are right for your classrooms? … Or, have you struggled with regard to suitable instructional methods to implement the result-oriented strategies for the student’s comprehension and behavior? If you haven't, do have a good read.

Centuries ago, teaching and learning were done in a certain fashion suitable to that environment for comprehension of instruction, followed by how procedures of discipline were implemented. Like during the ’80s, our parents went to school far distances to learn and also worked on the farms of their teachers to show good behaviors for their actions, which was, in turn, a method of studying students’ behaviors. Our parents also would not have had the chance to research their assignments but had to sit within their various libraries to read and study assignments given to them by their teachers.

But, the twenty-first century has changed how we deal with students ranging from details for instruction, teaching methods for classrooms, and disciplinary actions to the varieties of means through which we learn.

Howbeit, how we conduct, maintain, and initiate instruction within the classroom has vastly changed over time, yet, individual differences in how appropriate a class is being monitored, derived from a person’s experiences of how handling their classes over the years, and also of the geographical location as to which method works best for their environment.

In this book, I will be sharing my experience on what classroom management is, given what I have experienced for years, and a little over six years of practicing and learning through my experiences while instructing different classes, with diverse students of different disabilities in Liberia.
